Royal Tutors to Give You the Right Direction For Your Education

Royal Tutors to Give You the Right Direction For Your EducationRoyal tutors have been the backbone of many young, inexperienced knights and ladies. They are highly sought after by young kings and queens seeking to create a new royal dynasty. Most times they will take on the role of tutors for people who cannot afford to pay for their education, or for people who are not of royal blood. It has always been one of the requirements of many countries' citizens to attend a royal school, and that is why it is mandatory for those who want to become a member of a noble house to pass through one of these programs. This helps a person, who is studying or working hard at their studies, to also keep them focused and in the right frame of mind.Royal tutors can be found all over the world, and usually they are called as Royal Guides. The purpose of hiring a guide is to provide an educational facility to many young people so that they can improve their lives. It is a great way to give a person the pr oper direction when they are going to enter the later stages of their life. The main role of a guide is to guide the students throughout their education, as well as their studies. Since their job is to help these young learners, there is no room for abuse. They have to ensure that the students are given a personal attention and an academic environment that suit their needs. It is very important that a student enroll themselves in a school that suits their needs. If the school has a friendly atmosphere and offers a good academic atmosphere, then all the better. However, if the school does not match with a student's needs, then the tutor may turn them away or not be able to help them.It is also important that the school and the guide have to have the permission of the teacher. This is a requirement for any school. If the teacher does not let the tutor through with the approval, then the tutor may not be able to teach.A guide who is knowledgeable about the local area is an asset to every teacher. It makes it easier for the students to learn their subjects. If there is a need to hire a guide, it is always better to contact the school first to see if there is a place for such a service.

?? How to Help Your Child Get a Successful Career

?? How to Help Your Child Get a Successful Career How to Help Your Child Get a Successful Career Career planning is a responsible step most parents should take with their children in today's economic climate. But discussing the number of good careers promising prosperous futures goes hand in hand with an understanding of how to raise successful kids without overparenting. Success is about more than money and recognition. It is also about the satisfaction of a spending time and effort to fulfill professional duties to achieve a goal. A successful career should become one element in the puzzle of a happy life. These steps should be a starting point for career development plan...Inspire your child to show individualityOne of the most widely spread mistakes of all times and generations is to intentionally or unintentionally impose your career vision for your child onto them. Some parents aim at making their child the successor of a whole life’s work; others try to realise unfulfilled ambitions.Whilst we do know that parents have the best intentions, some children are not quite bra ve enough to contradict; others can’t help admiring when looking at how their mother or father work in the offered field that makes them “try on” a wrong decision. As a parent, you should help your child find THEIR domain.Of course, a family is the first most important institute for child success. Give your child enough space to test themselves in different spheres of interests: even if you don’t quite believe that it is your child’s calling, let them try it to ascertain. Be patient and attentive. Be an advisor who is always ready to share. Make sure you let your child know about some aspects of their chosen profession that they may not have considered, such as educational achievements or any other valuable information. You can help your child to come to a better understanding of what makes them, them - a truly indispensable step for raising successful children.Encourage practicingIt is never too early to try out your skills in areas that peak career interests. Parents who encourage their children to participate in different activities related to the sphere where they are likely to apply their talents and skills make a significant contribution to their child's future. There are plenty of opportunities to learn more about those good career choices which correspond to your child's skills. This includes volunteering, workshops, taster days, and speaking with those who have already made their career in a particular domain. Prompt your child to try some part-time jobs and acquire experience at school or extra-curricular organisations. Over the school years little by little, they will get a solid portfolio of experiences, which will become a solid base for an application letter or their first CV.Teenagers are not very communicative, and organisation is often not their strength â€" your task is to give hints when needed. Having reached the age of 13, it's important your child attends extracurricular classes related to their interests. At 15-years old, they sh ould start thinking about their first work experiences. You are here to help them keep to their career development plan.Help your child to start their own businessStarting a business is a hugely responsible step, which helps young adults understand how the world works. There are several stages to pass to develop a sustainable business mindset. • Find areas of interest. If your child doesn't have an exact idea for a business they'd like to start, ask them to list things they likedoing. If they're good at maths, giving lessons to younger children will be great experience. If your child's passion is hand-made items, selling these sort of things can be really productive for their future. Or if yourchild isfond of languages and literature, they could offer classmates writing support tohelp them detect mistakes from their homework. • Determine primary goals. There is no point in starting a business if you don’t know why you are doing it â€" ask your child to put down financial goals, professional goals, or any other which they find important. • Make a plan. Wondering how to start a business with a child with limited resources? Now that they know what are they want to focus on, ask your child to make a list of what they need to start moving towards those goals. • Introduction to money management. In the majority of cases, parents need to invest some money. Ask your child to make a list of what is needed and how much it will cost. You can offer to organise the “meeting with an investor” to represent the idea of financial needs. • Set up an account in social media or a website. An online presence gives better opportunities for businesses â€" help your child to market their products or services. Reviews of grateful clients and discounts will make their contribution.Be ready to take second placeRaising successful children means bringing up individuals who can make decisions and take responsibility. At the age of 16, your child will need to have a clear und erstanding of how to make correct decisions on time. Unfortunately, many parents can’t help taking everything on themselves. They continueorganising every single detail instead of encouraging independence. This approach is merely a veil of protection for parents. If your decision to implement rules on how to raise successful kids is to be firm, be ready to step aside from time to time to give your child space for the development of decision-making skills from early years. As a wise counsellor, you can prompt which aspects your child should take into account. Never impose your opinion. Of course, if the situation gets more complicated, you will always be there to give prompts and discuss more options or offer a helping hand.Always remember: make room for your child to spread their wings to carve out their own career path!Author BioCrystal Roman is a passionate traveler and writer who is keen on psychology, sociology, and marketing. QA Everything you need to know about teaching English to adults online

QA Everything you need to know about teaching English to adults online I was recently chatting with a friend who has been teaching adult ESL students for years. He lives in Ireland so the opportunities are limited and although he’s planning to teach abroad eventually, there are a few personal reasons why he needs to be in his home country for now. For years, he’s had to work to meet the demands in ESL schools in Ireland. A lot of these teaching positions are temporary, seasonal and part-time. I am sure this is the case for many ESL teachers who stay in their home country. He is CELTA qualified, has an MA in English and grammar is his first language. He is passionate about helping people learn English…the exact kind of person global English learners would be lucky to have. All this leaves him in an awkward position - there’s a global ESL market that needs someone with his skills. Yet, he can’t reach his students. He’s limited to students who turn up on his doorstep. And in an English-speaking country, that’s not as many as he needs to pay the bills. So what do you do when you can’t physically get to your ESL students? Like many other teachers, he’s taking advantage of the online teaching opportunities that are flooding the internet at the moment. I assumed this meant he was logging on at all hours of the night to teach Chinese kids basic vocabulary. This would be a pity. Not because that’s a bad job, but because he has been prepping adults for university education for years. He’s the guy you go to when you want to fine-tune your English skills. Teaching at a lower level could get boring fast for someone that can debate sentence structure at a level that leaves most native speakers flummoxed. The idea of him chanting the word banana with a grin slapped on his face seems wrong. But thankfully it’s not the case, he has managed to get a position teaching adults online in Europe. I knew these existed, but I didn’t really know the extent of the demand. Most online positions I’d seen online were kid-centric. A lot of elementary and middle school level basic English. But his position sounded like a dream. He was kind enough to answer a few questions about his role tteaching adults ESL online. Interview with an online ESL teacher for adults What were the requirements for teaching adults ESL online? I needed ahigh-level TEFL qualification, I think CELTA is required. To apply again, I'd just focus on my knowledge of grammar and language, and I'd put emphasis on interpersonal skills. What hours do you teach? My hours are basically whatever I like! I generally put my availability between 8 am and 10 pm, 5 - 7 days a week, as I find it's best to cast a wide net. I teach adults online during European hours, so there’s no need to be a night owl. The most actual teaching time I've put in for a single day was 8 hours (or 16) classes. How flexible is teaching adults online and do you have to work a minimum number of hours? The hours are actually super flexible and I can teach the hours I want. I tend towards full-time working hours just because that suits me best. But I'm under no pressure to teach any minimum number of online teaching sessions. Because I can set my own availability it means I can always take a few hours in the middle of the day to go to the bank, the doctor, catch up with a friend that’s only in town for a few hours. I can work around my life, rather than live around my work! Which company do you work for? I teach for Fluentify, an Italian company that teaches both private individuals and offers packages to companies for their employees. Are your students always adults? I've taught a few teenagers, but the majority of students on the platform are adults. It’s more conversation-based learning, so the students tend to be high level enough and I work with them individually on their personal problem areas. What nationality are your adult online students? The vast majority of my Fluentify students are Italian, but I've also taught Japanese and French students on the site. As you’ve taught online and in the classroom, can you tell me which one you prefer? I don't currently teach in the classroom because I prefer the flexibility of the website at the moment. I don't know if it's better than teaching in the classroom. It's certainly different. It requires more focus for the entirety of the session, but can also be less demanding with just one student at a time. What salary do you make teaching ESL to adults online? The salary is currently better than the going rate in a language school in Ireland. I'm currently on two different rates. Teaching business professionals pays 11 euro for a 30 minute session while teaching private students pays 9.50 for a 30 minute session. The private sessions paid less when I started as a new tutor, I think it was 7 or 7.50, but I got a raise as I progressed. The majority of my sessions these days are the private ones. What problems have you encountered teaching English to adults online? As far as tech goes, it’s all been straightforward enough. I've really only had one problem student online. He got super clingy and started sending me messages demanding my attention and needing more from me, while taking none of my advice and apparently not realising that I had other students and priorities. Sign up to Teach Away today for access to the latest teaching jobs around the world. Where can you find online ESL jobs teaching adults? After hearing about his experiences teaching adults online, I couldn’t help myself, I needed to know more. The salary was good and the hours were sociable and flexible. What more could an online tutor want? I know that at Teach Away we hire adult online ESL teachers, but I wasn’t sure how many other companies offered that flexibility. It turns out you can pretty much find an online ESL role to fit your needs - all you’ve got to do is a little bit (okay, a lot) of Googling. To save you scouring the internet, I’ve put together a list of companies hiring ESL online teachers for adults. Instructor Spotlight Grace Sim

Instructor Spotlight Grace Sim Instructor Spotlight: Grace Sim Grace Sim, Instructor of Kumon Math and Reading Center of John’s Creek North When Grace and her family settled their roots in the greater Atlanta area over 20 years ago, she was dedicated to raising her children and supporting her husband’s efforts in establishing a church in their new community. As an education major, Grace was passionate about the importance of education in her children’s lives. Through the church’s growth, she leveraged her background in education as the director of the youth ministry.   During the summer months, Grace and her children would spend time visiting family in New York. On one of those trips, Grace was introduced to Kumon. Without hesitation, she decided to enroll her children. During those summer months, the Kumon Method not only made a tremendous impact on her children, but also on Grace as well. Upon her family’s return to Georgia at the end of that summer, she was surprised to learn that there wasn’t a local Kumon Center in her community. Grace took it upon herself to bring Kumon to her local community. “This is when my journey as a Kumon Instructor began,” said Grace. “It started with a simple vision â€" to open a Kumon Center for children and friends â€" and today, I am so proud to serve my wonderful community, and plan to do so for many years to come!” What started as a simple vision and dream, has resulted in Grace being instrumental in the growth of young minds in the Johns Creek community. Next year, Grace Sim, Instructor of Kumon of John’s Creek â€" North will be celebrating her 20th anniversary as a Kumon Instructor. “Learning is lifelong, and by working with other Kumon Instructors, we are all able to grow and learn from one another,” said Grace. What is it about being an Instructor you enjoy the most?   I’m sure many Kumon Instructors can agree that running a center is a big responsibility! It’s a lot of work, but it’s all worth it when I see the impact Kumon has on my students’ lives. Whenever I hear from a parent on how I’ve made a difference in their child’s life, I’m reminded why I opened a center. These are the experiences that keep me motivated and bring me joy in what I do. What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned as a Kumon Instructor? Through the years, I’ve learned that no matter how much a student falls behind, Kumon can transform his or her life. Through a collaborative effort with parents, we can really inspire children to develop a love for learning. Children’s confidence is such a powerful force in their willingness and motivation to learn. Can you describe an instruction moment where you made an impact on a student?   I had an assistant that worked for me for about two years. She shared with me her son’s story about how he was diagnosed with Autism. They were told by his school that he would not be advancing to middle school, despite them doing everything they could at home. When I heard this, I knew I had to enroll him in order for her to witness his true potential. Within a year, her son caught up to his grade-level. She was a speaker at our student award event that year and touched so many hearts through her family’s inspiring Kumon story.   What do you like to do in your spare time?   I’ve really grown to love hiking. I regret not spending a lot of time in nature when I was younger. Recently, I’ve been spending a majority of my spare time outdoors, and especially love it when my grandchildren join me. I try to make every moment I spend with my grandchildren a special one. What is a fun fact about you that people may not know?   Many people know that I have a passion for horticulture and refer to me as having a “green thumb.” It’s such an excellent activity that allows me to stay connected to my friends and neighbors. I’m really into growing a plant called “crown of thorns,” a succulent shrub with spiny stems. WaitroseAs you might expect, Waitrose delivers the goods when it comes to a specific diet like veganism. Their extensive range of healthy vegan foods includes basil tofu, hotdogs, ice cream, curries, crisps and crumbles. Big name brands include Quorn and Cauldron.Waitrose's vegan section on its website is very easy to navigate, with se ctions to choose from ranging from Bakery to World Foods. As you would expect, the line includes fruit, vegetables, salads, seeds, nuts, plant proteins, frozen foods, and much more.Meanwhile, Waitrose announced late last year that it had teamed up with a vegan butcher in order to produce a brand new range of vegan products for its customers. This is as a result of plant-based foods being in such high demand. This partnership means that you can expect to see lots more of the recipes you have longed for, like interesting veggie burgers, a warming casserole, vegetarian chilli, spicy enchiladas, a rich vegan lasagna and maybe even a colourful vegetable curry. Who thinks that Waitrose, and the other shops in our top 5, should have a poll so that people can suggest some of their best ever best vegan meal ideas? Also, wouldn't it be nice if there were a meal delivery service close to you offering vegan lunches or meals? The Top 5: A RoundupHere is a roundup of the top five supermarkets for v egan food, and what makes them stand out from their competition. The Co-OperativeStocks vegan-labelled goods, including take-away style elements and alcoholMarks and SpencerOffers vegan-friendly confectionary, chocolate, ice cream and even has vegan lunches to goSainsbury'sHas a Freefrom line that includes a variety of vegan ingredients and meal alternativesTescoIncludes vegan cheese, yoghurts and ice cream as well as frozen items like mince meat alternatives, falafels and butternut squash roastsWaitroseStocks Quorn and Cauldron products plus an extensive range of vegan foodsOther Suprisingly Good FindsThey may not have made it into my (or The Vegan Society's) top five, however Morrisons, Aldi and Asda do offer some great vegan foods. While the high scorers featured above have specially-labelled lines for vegans, these brands seem to stock vegan goods more ‘by accident’, making them seem even more like hidden treasures!Granted, it is much easier to go to a shop's website and searc h for vegan items, but where's the fun in that?! Be prepared to spend a little while browsing and scrutinising labels but it well worth it when you find a gem of a treat tucked away in your local store, that many of your fellow vegans don't even know about. Just like vegetarian items though, most vegan foods will display the vegan mark on their packaging.Like vegetarian goods, vegan food is labelled with the 'V' symbol indicating whether it is suitable for vegans or veggies. Photo credit: Tony Webster on Visualhunt.comThe question is, will you spill the beans and announce to the world what you've found or will you keep it your little secret?Likewise, Lidl don’t have a great range of vegan foods but they do label their foods clearly and are cooperative when you ask them questions in store or by email.Making Your Own Vegan FoodOf course, you don't have to buy already prepared meals. You can make many food products yourself, using dairy, meat and egg alternatives to cook with. For ex ample, there are many ingredients suitable for vegans that can be used to make homemade vegan cheeses, mayonnaise and dips in place of the full fat alternatives. For a more extensive list of vegan food alternatives, read the blog What Is Vegan Food And Where Do I Get It?Furthermore, if you'd like to see some of the best vegan recipes out there, or find easy vegan recipes that won't be too challenging to cook, then why not take a look at some of my selected vegan and vegetarian recipes. How To Answer What Is Your Greatest Weakness - Introvert Whisperer

Introvert Whisperer / How To Answer “What Is Your Greatest Weakness” - Introvert Whisperer How To Answer “What Is Your Greatest Weakness?” Last week, we helped you answer the interview question, ”  tell me about yourself,” so this week we wanted to tackle another classic question â€"  What do you think is your greatest weakness?  This is a hard question to answer, and according to  90%  of job seekers on  Big Interviewer, they have the same question for their  interview coach. The pressure of this question is real, especially when you are interviewing for a position you feel like is your dream job. The dilemma  that arises is that you don’t want to seem to like you can’t qualify for this position but on the flip side, you don’t want to look arrogant by saying you don’t have any weakness. As your  career sidekick,  we have a 2 -step process for you leverage this question to help you land your  dream job. Step 1: Choose Your  Weakness This is a pretty obvious step, but this process takes some time and self-reflection. It’s important that you prepare your answer prior to your interview. Trying to find your weakness on the spot will cause you to freeze and make you seem unprepared. Look through your past   Your main goal is to leave a solid  impression on your interviewer, and the only way to do that is to by being  genuine and authentic. Think of past jobs that you have had and where you feel like you could have improved in those positions? How does it relate to the job? Know what you are interviewing for and the skills that are needed for that position. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot by choosing a weakness that is needed for the position you want to fill. A perfect example is if you are interviewing for a sales position, don’t say that your biggest struggle is building relationships  with people. Make sure the weakness is fixable You want to make sure that your weakness can be something that can be improved on with your professional development. Remember this question isn’t supposed to stump you in an interview but highlight your skills as a team member and your ability  to grow. Keep It Brief After you have pinpointed your weakness now you need to just keep it short. Just like how you would have answered  â€œTell me about yourself”,  you need to organize your thoughts and remember the relevant information that your interviewer wants to know. Doing this will help you compile your weakness in a way that best highlights the next part of your answer. Step 2: Show that you’re working on it After you provide your answer, you need your follow up with how you are combating this weakness. leverage is a great time to show your  motivation and your willingness to grow in your professional development. For example: if you struggle  with time management the best solution  for you is staying organized, have a planner and make goals for the next day. This is the most important part of your whole answer because this is where you can leverage your weakness into a positive. Interviews are a difficult process and can be very stressful when you are not prepared.
